Slip Rentals at Kenlake Marina

Kenlake Marina has over 200 slips both covered and non-covered from 30’ to 60’. In addition, the Marina has over 900’ of transient dockage allocated to accommodate the Loopers out on their great adventure or for the overnighter looking to explore another marina for the night. All slips use modern construction with concrete walkways, sealed floatation tubs, galvanized uprights, and steel roofs over the covered slips. Our slips provide a secure environment with security gate code access and surveillance cameras on 24x7 to ensure that your vessel is continuously monitored. Amenities

Power Connections

Pedestals are provided at all slips with 50amp or 30 amp power. Adapters such as 50 amp to 30 amp may be required depending on your boats requirements. Slip renters supply their own adapters. Two slips on the 60 ft docks have 2x125 volt power to deliver 100 amp power. Power at each slip is metered and the cost of power used is billed monthly.

Cable TV

A Mediacom cablevision basic service connection is provided to every pedestal and is included in your slip fee. Mediacom can upgrade your service to a premium service and all you pay is the difference between the basic and premium service fee. Satellite dishes are allowed on the docks provided you use authorized brackets and have clearance from the Marina office.

Water Supply

City water is supplied to the pedestal to all slips and is included in your slip fee. Depending on the weather, the water supply that runs along the dock is turned off in early November and on around the 1st of April. However, the 60 foot, 50 foot, and 40 foot docks do have “winter” water that is located every couple of slips. This water is not consumable and should not be combined with any drinking water.

Internet Access

High speed Wi-Fi Internet access is provided to all docks and is included in your slip fees.

Mobile Pump Out

The Marina has a mobile pump out vessel for our boaters that do not want to leave their dock to pump out. This service is available weekly during the boating season. Cost is $5 for the pump out plus a $15 service fee

Transient Docking

Our 980 Foot long transient dock is not covered and has a rental rate of $1.20 cents per foot. Discounts are available for weekly and monthly stays on the transient dock.
