About
My name is Eric Ashley, but my friends call me "Bush Hog" or "Hog Man."
Born locally in Paducah, I grew up in the outdoors and have spent time on each major lake and river in the area. I have been hunting and fishing for over 30 years. I am US Coast Guard licensed and insured and have been guiding since 2012.
If you are looking for a sophisticated man, I am not your guy. However, if you are looking for someone who will work hard to make your fishing trip productive and memorable, then let's get started!
Fishing is usually done from mid March through October, with the weather and water conditions dictating it all. At LLGS, I fish for white bass, yellow bass, bluegill, and crappie. I even manage to pick up a few catfish along the way. I do not fish for largemouth or smallmouth bass. I specialize in fish for the frying pan, and do my best to ensure that you go home with a good mess of fish to eat.
I fish out of a 20' Stratos bass boat and use Lowrance electronics. Lifejackets are provided for everyone on board.
