We would like to invite you to relax with family & friends at our peaceful short term rental community that overlooks the main waters of Kentucky Lake. KENTUCKY LAKE CONDOS @ Marker 48, formerly known as Paradise Resort. This resort has been a paradise to water-lovers for more than 50 years. Our short-term rental community offers something for everyone in the family including a beach for swimming, beach volleyball court, cornhole & horseshoes, swimming pool, children’s playground, a marina with covered boat slips and more! Complimentary kayaks and paddle boards as snipe creek is the perfect spot for paddlesport enthusiasts!

We have 5 fully furnished waterfront condo units with stunning views of Kentucky Lake!  We offer 4 individual 2 bedrooms, 1 bath units which sleep up to 6 people. The 5 unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath w/sleeper sofa & a large deck.  Whether you're a family of 6 or a FAMILY REUNION of 30, we can host you!

We are a favorite destination for weeklong family vacations, birthday, wedding and anniversary celebrations, groups of friends looking for a weekend of water fun and large fishing groups.

The community boat ramp is just around the corner for launching your water toys. If you don't have a boat, you can rent a tritoon boat here!
